Ownership of Site & Agreement to Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions of Service (the “Terms of Service”) apply to the Reale Managed Assets Inc. website located at [https://www.realmanagedassets.com] (example URL – update with your actual domain), and all associated sites linked to it by Reale Managed Assets Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of Reale Managed Assets Inc. (“Reale Managed Assets”) and its licensors.

If Reale Managed Assets is found liable, its total liability shall not exceed the greater of (1) subscription fees paid in the six months prior to the claim, or (2) US$100.00.

- These Terms are governed by applicable law.
- If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid one while keeping the Terms in effect.
